Welcome to Dodleston CE Primary School's EYFS 2025!
At Dodleston CE Primary, we are thrilled to welcome you and your family into our school community. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Joining the Dodleston Family
We are so excited for you to become part of our Dodleston family. To help you and your child feel prepared and supported, we have a few key dates and events coming up:
Open Morning: On Thursday, June 12th, we will be hosting an open morning from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to visit our school, meet the staff, and get a feel for the warm and vibrant atmosphere. If you would like to attend, please contact Mrs. Richards in the school office to book your spot.
Welcome Meeting: On Wednesday, June 18th at 4:00 pm, we will be holding a welcome meeting for parents and guardians. This is a chance for you to learn more about our school, our curriculum, and the support we provide for our new starters.
Transition Days: On Tuesday, July 1st and Wednesday, July 2nd, we will be hosting transition days from 9:15 am to 11:45 am. This will allow your child to spend time in their new classroom, meet their teacher, and start to feel comfortable in their new environment. A snack will be provided by the school, but you are also welcome to send your own.
Teddy Bears Picnic: On Friday, July 18th at 2:00 pm, we will be hosting a Teddy Bears Picnic on the Parish Field. This is a lovely opportunity for you and your child to mingle with other new families and get to know the Dodleston community.
